- Wipe the Blackberry device (Options > Security Options > General > Press menu or track wheel and select "Wipe Handheld")
- Connect the BlackBerry to the BES server via USB
- In BlackBerry Manager right mouse click on the device owners name and select "Assign Device"
- From the list that appears select the device that is show and select OK
- If you installed the BES correctly the device should start to activate (note: if you refresh the BB Manager you should also see the PIN beside the user)
