The following tasks should be applied to SBS 2003 servers:

• Apply port reservations for DNS Server as per KB956189 - failing to do this may cause all network traffic to and from the server to be blocked if the DNS Server service chooses to listen on the same port as the IPSEC service (4500), causing IPSEC to enter "Blocked Mode"
