Note: I have not attempted this exam yet, the following is just a collection of links and information I have gathered while doing my own investigation. It's hard to study for an exam with no training materials, although I feel that if you know the subjects being tested, and then go find the information yourself and play around, you will get a much better understanding of the material and be much more likely to pass (compared to doing regular classroom based training).
