Drivers
- ServiWin from NirSoft displays a list of drivers and services installed on your system. It allows you to easily stop, start, uninstall, change startup type, etc.
File Integrity Check
- HashCheck (an Open Source tool similar to Hash Tab) adds a "Checksums" tab to the file properties dialog in Windows
- http://sourceforge.net/projects/fsumfe/ - Fsum Frontend is a files integrity checker. It can calculate 96 hash and checksum algorithms(CRC32, MD5, SHA1, SHA2, ADLER, DHA256, FORK256, ...). You can verify your files using a .sfv/.md5/.sha1/.sha2 file or create your own checksum file.
File Manipulation, etc
- WinMerge - like diff for Windows, it shows you the difference between two directories or files
- FFT - list the most recently changed files in a directory
- TreeSize Free - find which folders contain the most data

- Robocopy - download from the Windows Resource Kit, or the single exe from my here
- RichCopy - multithreaded robocopy replacement with full GUI - download single exe here

- Hwinfo32 - hardware information and analysis
- Prime95 - CPU and memory stress test

- HeavyLoad - says it performs CPU/RAM/HDD/etc stress test, Experts Exchange says it's more of a disk I/O test

- Folder2Iso - Create an ISO image based on folder contents - requires no installation and is quick and easy
- Virtual CloneDrive - free tool to mount image files (eg. ISO images)

- Webaroo - Keep an offline copy or mirror of a website on your USB drive (using the portable version of the program)

- Convert - Convert measurements, distances, bytes, etc
- TimeStamp - A small system tray utility which you can double click and it copies a timestamp to the clipboard. If can be configurable, eg. dd-MM, HH:mm.

- Windows Install Date - this tool will show you when Windows was installed. Useful when systeminfo doesn't work.

Networking
- iPerf - a modern alternative for measuring maximum TCP and UDP bandwidth performance. Iperf allows the tuning of various parameters and UDP characteristics. Iperf reports bandwidth, delay jitter, datagram loss.

- SoftPerfect Network Scanner - free network scanner, another to try is Angry IP Scanner
- WinPing - graphical ping utility with a graph

- Breeze Downloader Free - download photos from Canon digital cameras
Registry
- Regscanner from Nirsoft allows you to scan the registry, showing all results in one list, and then easily jump to regedit by double clicking any of the results.

- Royal TS
- Tunnerlier - similar to PuTTY, but incorporates an SCP client. Has a portable version
Security
- Dumpsec - is a security auditing program for Microsoft Windows® NT/XP/200x. It dumps the permissions (DACLs) and audit settings (SACLs) for the file system, registry, printers and shares in a concise, readable format, so that holes in system security are readily apparent. DumpSec also dumps user, group and replication information.
USB
- USBDeview from Nirsoft lists all USB devices attached or previously used, showing extended information and allowing you to uninstall drivers.
Web Development
Wireless
- WirelessKeyView from Nirsoft recovers all WEP/WPA keys stored by the Wireless Zero Configuration service in Windows XP.
