Things to try:

  • Make sure the SSL certificate is trusted in IE
  • Add the site to "Trusted Sites"
  • Make sure the "WebClient" service is started on the client PC
  • Allow WebDAV in IIS on the Server (Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services 6 > Web Server Extentions, allow WebDAV)
