• Remote Administration tools (eg. using MMC to view the Event Viewer from another workstation or server) will be blocked by the firewall. You can of course create rules to allow this, but it is "secure by default". SBS 2008 has these ports unblocked by default.

• How to Sysprep in Server 2008 - Sysprep.exe is built in to Server 2008, but doesn't have the customization options like sysprep.inf and setupmgr. Instead, you have to use the WAIK.
